Managed Print Services
ServTouch-Wywy (Singapore) Pte Ltd offers a broad range of managed
print services designed to meet the varying needs of both large
and small organizations in the print and document management arena.
The range of services includes a print-on-demand (POD) service
called CopyServe, a pay per print service called Click Advantage,
an archiving and indexing service with OCR option called ArchiveServe
and an on-site service for fleet and facility management called
FacilityServe.
CopyServe
------------------
Through our in-house copy center as well as an off-site print
and reproduction facility (with our partner, Plan Design Pte Ltd)
we offer a wide range of print-on-demand services for mass
volume photocopying and binding, colorA4/A3 reproduction, plan
printing, and plot printing from CAD software.
Both the in-house copy center as well as the off-site facilities
is well equipped with a comprehensive range of state-of-the-art
black and white as well as color photocopiers and multi-function
printers with a range of accessories from finisher to scanners
and staplers, binding machines, plan printers and wide-format
devices.
We cater to customers with urgent demand for high volume printing/photocopying
and binding, and we offer pick-up and delivery services.
Jobs can also be emailed, posted or couriered
to us and our latest digital facilities accept files from a variety
of media- CD’s, DVD’s and other memory devices.
For confidential print jobs, we offer our facilities to be used
by the customer’s own staff.
For our photocopier and MFP customers, our facilities also can
serve as their customer recovery/business continuity or
back-up center in those situation where their own in-house
equipment are not available due to extended servicing or are not
adequate to cope due to sudden surge in print/copy volumes.
Click Advantage

Click Advantage is our pay per print service
that we offer to customers who want to avoid the hassle of worrying
about asset management or leasing contracts, buying and managing
consumables stock, and service and maintenance contracts. A comprehensive
scoping and analytical study of the customer’s print environment,
using a state-of-the art print management software tool, is provided.
From this study we propose customized managed print services encompassing
hardware platform, software solutions, consumables and support
services.
Monthly usage reports, regular consumables replenishment and
a broad range of maintenance and support services to maximize
machine uptime are provided to our Click Advantage customers so
that they have a worry-free environment.
We provide a scalable menu, covering a broad range of printer
and copier platforms as well as other customized services to cater
to the specific needs of the customer.
With ServTouch-Wywy’s Click Advantage, a customer pay only
for what is used and thus eliminates hidden costs.
ArchiveServe
---------------------
Imagine a large cabinet of documents digitally scanned into one
CD or DVD, and fully indexed so that the documents are retrievable.
That is what our ArchiveServe service will do for you.
We provide the methodology to comply with legal requirements
for electronic archiving and storage, the scanning equipment and
software to store in a variety of format- from TIFF to PDF, with
OCR capabilities, the labor needed and we can perform the service
on-site or off-site at our CopyServe Copy Center.
And, we even provide scanning and archiving for engineering and
CAD drawings.
FacilityServe

Just as in IT, where organizations and companies are starting
to realize the benefits of outsourcing certain or all IT services,
the benefits of outsourcing document life cycle management functions
are also becoming more appealing. These functions range from document
production, mail service management, general office support services
to provision of manpower for operation and management of document
or reprographic centers and support of the entire organization’s
copier and printer fleet.
ServTouch-Wywy (Singapore) Pte Ltd is in a good position to offer
these services partially or fully using its experience and expertise
built up over the years as a prime supplier of OA equipment and
office services, as well as being a leader and early mover in
the IT-OA convergence. We have the products- hardware and software
tools, the operational experience and the service and support
capabilities in both OA and IT support.
Also, through the acquisition of Efficient Office, we have extensive
experience and expertise in supporting the legal and financial
industry through supplying software, consulting and support services,
and can offer specialized legal document services including high
quality production of sensitive documents, legal document coding
and scan-to-file imaging services.
Finally, a team of application engineers can work with clients
to provide analysis and design of a client’s electronic
document workflow and strategy, activity analysis and measurement
and document output management.
Fees for FacilityServe are quoted on a project basis and will
usually involve a pre-project consultancy to analyze and scope
the needs of the client, a ROI analysis to justify the need for
outsourcing and a comprehensive proposal encompassing equipment
supply and/or replacement with the appropriate financing options,
work flow software and methodology, manpower, maintenance and
service of equipment and service levels to meet the client’s
expectations.
